We do not use unsecured or unencrypted storage for personal data. We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. For active clients, data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for a period of up to 6 years thereafter in accordance with UK tax and contract law requirements. For enquiries that do not result in an engagement, data is retained for up to 12 months.
5. WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.We may share your data in the following limited circumstances:
• With U.S. college coaches and athletic departments — only with your explicit consent, and only as part of delivering the Placed service package on your behalf
• With service providers who assist us in operating our business, such as email and scheduling tools — only to the extent necessary and subject to appropriate data protection agreements
• Where required by law or in response to a valid legal request
