These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Thurtell Sports Management website at thurtellsports.com and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1.  ABOUT US

Thurtell Sports Management is a sole trader business operated by Ross Thurtell, providing international student-athlete placement and consultancy services. Our principal place of business is in England and Wales.

2.  OUR SERVICES

Thurtell Sports Management offers the following service packages to clients:
•    Access — a self-serve digital platform providing resources, guides, and tools for student-athletes navigating the U.S. college recruitment process
•    Guided — a consultative support package providing personalised advice, school shortlisting, email review, and scheduled consultation calls
•    Placed — a full placement management service including direct coach outreach, scholarship negotiation, visa guidance, and ongoing support Full details of each package, including deliverables and limitations, are set out in the relevant service agreement provided to clients upon engagement.

3.  ENQUIRIES AND WEBSITE USE

Use of this website and submission of enquiry forms does not constitute a contract or obligation on either party.We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or engagement at our discretion.You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with any other party's use of it.

4.  NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME

Thurtell Sports Management provides placement support and consultancy services. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to:
•    Securing a scholarship offer from any U.S. institution
•    Admission to any specific university or programme
•    A specific scholarship value or award amount
•    Approval of an F-1 student visa by the U.S. Embassy or consulate
•    Decisions made by the NCAA Eligibility Center, NAIA, or any governing body Outcomes are subject to the decisions of third parties including coaches, universities, and immigration authorities, which are entirely outside our control.

5.  FEES AND PAYMENT

All fees are set out in the relevant service agreement. Fees are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Payment terms vary by package:
•    Access — monthly subscription fee, charged in advance
•    Guided — full fee payable prior to commencement of services
•    Placed — deposit payable on signing, with the remaining balance due upon confirmed placement as defined in the service agreement. 

All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the relevant service agreement. Thurtell Sports Management reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

6.  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, guides, worksheets, and resources, is the intellectual property of Thurtell Sports Management. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Resources provided to clients as art of a service package are licensed for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

7.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thurtell Sports Management shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of scholarship opportunity, visa refusal, academic ineligibility, or financial loss. Our total liability in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
